  • Handling the CEO’s Calendar. Execution and keeping track of key tasks assigned by the CEO. Taking care of the CEOs office infrastructure and utilities.
  • Setting up appointments for the CEO.
  • Travel arrangements (Domestic & International), Hotel Booking, Visa Processing, Car booking.
  • Travel Insurance follow-up and emergency handling.
  • Setting up Video and Audio Conferences and executing arrangements.
  • Preparing estimates for Client Invoicing and obtaining client approval.
  • Timely Invoice preparation and delivery to the client.
  • Updating the Invoice Tracker and Revenue Tracker.
  • Co-ordination with Client Servicing team for payment follow-up status.
  • Payment follow-up with clients as per agreed terms
  • Co-ordination with Accounts team for TDS and other accounting matters.
  • Maintaining official reports, files and MIS with accurate updates.
  • Handling Compliance audits – internal as well as statutory.
  • Responding to official e-mails and phone calls.
