- Handling the CEO’s Calendar. Execution and keeping track of key tasks assigned by the CEO. Taking care of the CEOs office infrastructure and utilities.
- Setting up appointments for the CEO.
- Travel arrangements (Domestic & International), Hotel Booking, Visa Processing, Car booking.
- Travel Insurance follow-up and emergency handling.
- Setting up Video and Audio Conferences and executing arrangements.
- Preparing estimates for Client Invoicing and obtaining client approval.
- Timely Invoice preparation and delivery to the client.
- Updating the Invoice Tracker and Revenue Tracker.
- Co-ordination with Client Servicing team for payment follow-up status.
- Payment follow-up with clients as per agreed terms
- Co-ordination with Accounts team for TDS and other accounting matters.
- Maintaining official reports, files and MIS with accurate updates.
- Handling Compliance audits – internal as well as statutory.
- Responding to official e-mails and phone calls.
