Must have 10-12 years of solid experience in Client Servicing, brand communication, marketing, Account Strategy and Growth and leading large teams, with at least 5-6 years of agency experience. Should have worked with large well known organizations.
Understanding of digital medium is certainly an added advantage.
Should have experience of managing teams.
Should be an effective communicator, good at relationship management and a leader who is able to motivate and guide a team.
Should take ownership for deliverables for a certain number of key client accounts.
Incumbent will be assisted by a team of managers and executives.
Incumbent should have the ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their communication needs and objectives, put a plan in place with the help of brand planners and finally ensure successful execution with the help of account managers.
