Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for interacting with our existing clients, understanding client briefs, working with the delivery team to get the desired communication output, getting client approvals for the work done; follow ups on payment as well as working on increasing revenue from the clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives
  • Thinking and creating strategies for client brands that deliver on client brie
  • Achieving on revenue targets and payment collection targets
  • Managing a team of client servicing executives
  • Good understand of both creativity and technology. Experience on working with large clients in digital agencies an added advantage.
