Experience: 6-7 yrs.
- Understanding client briefs, working with the delivery team to get the desired communication output.
- Owns, manages, and grows the client relationship by building internal relationships to clearly solve client’s key business challenges.
- Conducting adequate research gathering relevant material for interactive content development
- Develop innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brands digital platforms.
- Reviews plans to drive greater value through innovation and better and different ways of working.
- Driving innovation and creativity for the brands
- Analytical skills to work across multiple lines of business (clients) and internal departments in developing strategies to help deliver again client goals.
- Strategic mindset and troubleshooting skills in a client-centric environment.
- A good understand of both creativity and technology.
- Experience on working with large clients in mainline or digital agencies an added advantage.
- Team Management – manages and motivates team around the clients’ objectives and culture
- Leads many client communications, sets expectations, and manages quality of deliverables to deadline.
- We are looking for people with Healthcare Pharma marketing experience and digital experience.
- International work experience and handling international clients and markets especially like USA, UK, EU, Latam, MEA, Sea etc as the project will be for international markets.
- Communication skills especially English is a must. They must be excellent without any trace of a language issue.
- Willing to work in APAC and EU shift. So either starting at 7am or starting at 2pm.
