Responsibilities
Exp Required - 8 to 12 yrs
- CSM/PSM certification is a must.
- Must have prior experience in managing Scrum team.
- Well versed with Scrum ceremonies (like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective).
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
- Helping team in removing conflicts and obstacles that hinder the project progress.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to obtain higher scrum maturity.
Skill Set
· Agile principles.
· Scrum practices.
· Well versed with Scrum ceremonies (like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective).
· Having worked on projects in Scrum is an advantage.
