Role
Heading account management function for the Technology team at Mirum India; Mumbai being preferable as a working location.
Key skills and experience
- Should have more than 7-8 years of experience in managing Technology clients and work on understanding technical scope requirements and documenting the same and create proposals to upsell services.
- Thorough understanding of technology stacks along with understanding on SEO, Testing, UX/UI and website development.
KRAs
- Client relationships: Ability to handle multiple clients and engage with all stakeholders at the client end that would reflect in getting good C-SATs.
- Driving other internal and external stakeholders: Instilling a sense of purpose, ownership, passion and responsibility in own team as well as rallying support from creative, media and tech teams to work for a common cause.
- Generate sales & opportunity among allocated key client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling for Technology projects
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Revenue generation: Contribute to targets actively and pursue newer opportunities across client sets.
- Payments & Collections accountability.
