Functional skills
Should have:
- Prior experience working Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder and Content Builder along with understanding of customer data used for the campaigns.
- Understanding of mobile connect, web studio, automation studio.
- Familiarity with Campaign Performance indicators
- Deliver exceptional campaign quality and accuracy by constant monitoring of CPIs and appropriate campaign modulation.
- Knowledge to provide expert inputs and guidance to the campaign team, Data Analyst
- Knowledge of email best practices and understands different tools like Litmus and understands deliverability aspects for email.
- Used JIRA and is process oriented
- Excellent Communication skills both written and Verbal
- Team player and ability to motivate the team and get things done
- Good Collaboration skills with Stakeholders across projects and teams
- Collaborate with team to build, track and deploy cross-channel campaigns.
- Should have good administrative skills to track project progress and status reporting
- Working knowledge of digital platforms, digital visuals and Digital Marketing.
