Experience : Should have at least 8-10 years of experience. Should have worked on well known brands, with ability to manage and guide a team of copywriters
Role : Will be part of the Creative team. Will need to understand brand campaign ideas from the campaign planner and generate creative communication pegs as well as flesh out the engagement idea. Will need to write creative copy as well as manage a team of content and copy writers. Overall, one line KRA will be to create 'award-winning campaigns'.
