Should have at least 7-10 years experience of hiring software developers and programmers Should have experience of working in mid-size / large size IT companies
Should be able to craft technical JDs, do first level of resume evaluation and identify suitable candidates for technical interview Should be able to use recruitment sites to identify suitable resumes

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all these hirings happen within the desired timeframe and CTC structure
