  1. Must have 8 years of digital writing experience, preferably on leading brands at well-known agencies.
  2. Should be able to comprehend briefs objectively, and come to an accurate understanding of what the client looks to achieve.
  3. It’s an absolute must to understand branding. Branding on digital. 
  4. Consequently, work in liaison with the communications and planning teams to create content strategies and flesh out communication pegs for pitches, regular monthly deliverables & project basis deliverables.
  5. Must be well versed with the different requirements of creative writing for different platforms on digital.
  6. Must work very closely with design and art, right from ideation to delivery.
  7. Must keep abreast of newest trends in digital, especially newer content formats.
  8. Must have a good turn-around time. Efficiency & flexibility are key.
  9. Should be able to work on campaign ideas and execute them within short time spans.
  10. Experience in B2C brands is mandatory. B2B will be an added advantage.
