Should have at least 7-10 years experience of hiring software developers and programmers Should have experience of working in mid-size / large size IT companies Should be able to craft technical JDs, do first level of resume evaluation and identify suitable candidates for technical interview Should be able to use recruitment sites to identify suitable resumes Job Role At Mirum we have a very aggressive hiring plan for technology skills specifically in areas like AEM, Sitecore, Drupal etc Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all these hirings happen within the desired timeframe and CTC structure Should have excellent communication and persuasion skills Should be a go-getter and a self motivated person. |
