·         10-12 years’ experience in an advertising agency, Web/Digital Experience highly relevant

·         Should have a command on developing digital strategies for brands and online behavior

·         Past experience in Media, agency, or brand management background essential.

·         Collaborate with clients and internal teams on strategic brand building opportunities.

·         Should be well versed with current online platforms and how to leverage them for brands

·         Establish and maintain planning systems and processes. Develop, implement, and monitor systems              for planning.

·         Drive teamwork in every aspect of the business

·         Ability to achieve and grow both client and internal targets including brand, revenue, awards, etc.

·         Manage and mentor team to grow and nurture their skills

·       Develop deep understanding of how to field, interpret and apply quantitative research and  culminate insights

·         Confident to have client conversations and pitches

·         Experience in working in FMCG, especially personal care, will be very useful to have.
