Job Description
What you will do
- Lead and drive Agile POD operations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between the POD team and the Product Owner (Brand Manager), ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies, helping them embrace Agile principles, and implement best practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or roadblocks, working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues.
- Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of project milestones.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Scrum certification or equivalent Agile training is required.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
